1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okebit ("okebit," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okebit online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at okebit.net (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

okebit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the okebit Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of okebit, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the okebit Platform or any affiliated platform.

okebit reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the okebit Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not register an account on behalf of any other person or entity.
• Not use a false identity, alias, or any information that misrepresents your true identity.

okebit reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC): okebit may require you to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okebit account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your okebit account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify okebit immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

okebit will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from okebit that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. okebit shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

5. Deposits

To fund your okebit account, you may use any of the supported payment methods, which currently include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. okebit does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. okebit reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your okebit account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. okebit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where applicable.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• okebit reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• okebit aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any required verification procedures.

okebit reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal payments where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

okebit offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

okebit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Any other conduct that okebit reasonably determines to constitute abuse of its promotional offers.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the okebit Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. okebit does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, okebit reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• okebit reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any player or on any market at its sole discretion.
• Winnings will be credited to your okebit account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the okebit Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other user's account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating in connection with any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information to okebit at any time.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okebit staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software underlying the Platform.

okebit reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds in such accounts pending investigation. okebit may also report such conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the okebit Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of okebit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okebit.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okebit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if okebit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okebit's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okebit account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okebit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Responsible Gaming

okebit is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits:Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your okebit account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the okebit Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming by temporarily suspending your account for a defined period.

13. Account Closure

You may close your okebit account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

okebit reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• okebit is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• okebit reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with the account.
• The account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, in which case okebit may apply an inactivity fee as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule.

14. Amendments to These Terms

okebit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okebit will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okebit Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact okebit's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. okebit will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
